How can each of us, in our present lives, learn from or benefit from our experience(s) in past lives?

There are certain pathways that repeat within each soul's quest. Some souls become warriors, some souls become teachers, and so on. So when in this lifetime you have a focus in the creative endeavors of the artisan, the lifetimes when you chose similar endeavors has prevalence to this lifetime. There have been other lifetimes when you have chosen different paths. They have their own energies, but it would not necessarily be of help to know of those at this time.

Can you shed any knowledge on why I might have a genetic defect in this lifetime that would have resulted in an aortic dissection?

Before you entered your present body, you and several of your soul group made choices of the type of genetics and the type of environment in which to be reborn. As you well know, had you not had your genetic defect, you would not be where you are today. Is that not true?

Well, that is true, but my brother, for example, is dead. He wouldn't be where he is today without that genetic defect either. One wonders, what made the difference between what happened to him and what happened to me? Then I have a further wonderment, which is that genetics is passed on from one generation to the next. Does that mean that those souls chose to be in those particular genetic bodies with defects?

That is correct. There are different illnesses and diseases particular to different races and ethnic groups. Often time, a soul that only needs a specific lesson which is most cases or to help teach others, their lives are many times cut short out of choice, as with the child that dies in order to help his parents learn certain lessons, which was a mutual agreement before any of them took their present forms. You see, there are no accidents in truth, for we are not alone, we do not exist in a vacuum. We are intermingled with other beings that we have chosen to be with, either to teach us a lesson or for us to teach them a lesson, and to help one another grow.

This brings up something that is of interest to me; I don't know whether it's going to fit in with what you want to talk about, but I'll raise the question and you can tell me whether you're interested in talking about it. What is brought to mind are examples from history like the Europeans taking this country away from the Native American Indians, and then, later on, the history of slavery--slave traders bringing over Africans against their will, who had been sold to the traders by other Africans, native chieftains I would assume, and resold to the Southern plantation owners by the middleman slave traders. Are these whole groups of souls who have chosen to "teach a lesson"? Explain this to me, if you have a mind to. I don't mean to be pushy, but I don't understand.

That is fine, you may ask what comes to your mind. There are soul groups that travel together throughout times, although there are some lifetimes when only part of the soul group meet again, and other lifetimes when they all meet; and of course, they meet new beings from other soul groups as well. Sometimes the groups will change in their composition of beings, but for the most part, there are group lessons to be learned as well as individual lessons; for in order for the society to grow, it is not enough with individual growth, as you term the unconscious. The souls have chosen to be in a certain environment so they may help one another, and so that there is room for further growth.
You will find in the place of Israel there are several soul groups that have gathered in that area. Some of those have been away from their group for several lifetimes, but in order to grow as a "tribe", if you will, they have chosen a lesson of self-defense, as opposed to the old belief of non-defense. This has created difficulty for the group. Therefore, you see much fanaticism, as will happen when the path is thwarted by the mundane belief systems. Do you understand?

I think so. Let's take this a little further, if we may, looking at it from the other side, the Palestinian side. What's happening with the soul group there?

It is a similar situation, where instead of growing as a group, individuals are creating a negative environment in which the soul group has lost touch with their true beings. You will find that the more of a fundamentalist a being is, the more they have lost touch with their soul, for the soul is aware that we are all one, and not separate beings. As we mentioned earlier, we all come from the same source. And a long time into the future there will be a rediscovery of that truth. In the meantime, there is much growing and learning for humankind to do. For the variety of soul awareness is very great, but the power of groups that have that awareness to some extent can influence and do influence others. We know there is much pain in the world, but we also know that in what you call time, it is but a second for us. It is all there and yet it is all gone. So have hope and faith for the future. Each one of us are on our own path, but never alone, for our thoughts affects others. Thoughts are energy.

Are you in communication with or have knowledge of spirits or souls who perished in lifetimes during the Holocaust?

There are many souls who perished in the Holocaust who have already reincarnated.

And what is their attitude toward their experience of the Holocaust, if there is a generalizable attitude?

Many who succumbed to the horrors of the Holocaust were old souls with a gift to mankind, a gift to give awareness of other truth, a gift of looking beyond bigotry, a gift beyond hatred.

About 6 million Jews died during the Holocaust, along with another 5 million people made up of Gypsies, homosexuals, Germans who opposed Hitler, retarded people, disabled people, and so on. Are you saying that all of these people -- I know you said II many" of them were old souls, but that's a relative term -- is it possible to put a percentage on that?

The majority, including the 10 million that died under Stalin, were part of several soul groups. As for the Jewish population, the Gypsies, and the disabled, they were here to teach mankind how to live differently, how to learn from their sacrifice. There are others that have chosen that lifetime for other reasons, but the majority gave a gift that we hope mankind learned from. As many have said, it must not be forgotten, and yet we must move on.
Taking that as a segue, let me move on to find out a little more about the structure of the spiritual realm, as you see it.
If you draw a circle, and from that draw a line and another circle, you can draw as many lines and circles from the original circle as you choose, and so on. It goes on indefinitely. There is not anything that is not connected to the Source. There is not a being who is truly alone. It is not a hierarchy; it is not better or worse, where one level is better than another, for everyone and every dimension and every world is equal. The difference is only in the awareness available to each so-called "individual", for we are all the same.

A couple of questions, and these are based on my rather elementary knowledge of Shamanism. Shamans have perceived three realms: first, the world as we see it, which they call the middle world, but also two others, the upper world and a lower world, which they see only during their experience of "non-ordinary reality”, and in this middle world, they also journey or travel with their minds during non-ordinary reality. Does this correspond with any structure that you would recognize?

It is but one of many ways to achieve a greater awareness of the universal knowledge.
You have many hundreds of religions and spiritual pathways. Not one is wrong, nor incorrect. Each is furnished and created by the awareness of a group. And it is what is needed for them at this time. As we regain knowledge, the path changes. And as we go through each lifetime, we often time go through many different religions and spiritual pathways to find our truth. Do you understand?

Yes, I think so. I would like to follow up on that in terms of the Shamanism, because these definitions of ordinary and non-ordinary reality and the three different worlds have been perceived by indigenous populations from all over the world without any knowledge of each other, at least in this world, and all described approximately the same structure. I'm wondering, does that indicate a real structure or does it indicate a predilection of human beings to perceive things in a certain way? Can you make sense of this for me?

It is part of the human memory. It has been discovered in many places, in many worlds, that certain records and certain sounds will allow a group or individuals to be less conscious of their physical worlds and more conscious of their inner world. In some cases, transposing and becoming other worlds such as you term the upper and lower world. The upper and lower worlds are ways for human beings to explain light and darkness and a duality of the physical world, and it is part of the collective unconscious, if you will, to create a duality that they live with all the time. It is but one path, for there are many, and it is as valid as any other path.

When you mentioned energy and different levels of energy, is that in terms of frequency of vibration or is it in terms of layers of energy at different levels? The reason I'm asking this is because the ancient Toltec "seers" saw levels of energy, as it was described, and believed that by shifting one's perceptual point, one could perceive in different levels and each of the levels was a different world. Does this correspond with anything from your way of thinking?

It does, and you are experiencing it by participating in the reading, for Alahah is accessing a different vibration. In the totality of the universes, there are many levels, although as we said, they are equally of a kind. None is higher, none lower, just different. They have become levels and different vibrations. As we vibrate at a different speed than does your body, so the cat vibrates at a different speed, yet within your physical comprehension. If you look at the elves, as history talks about, again they vibrate at a different level that is not easily accessible any more in your kind of world. Does that answer your question?

Yes. That leads to another question of interest. Some of the legends from the past, like the German Nibelungen, dwarfs who lived underground and guarded a treasure, or later, Tolkein's Ring Trilogy, with his hobbits. Were these beings who existed at a different vibration level?

That is so.

So these legends are evidence of real beings? I guess they still operate now, since eternity is forever.

That is so, and as you know, from your Shamanic journeying, there is the ability to access what you call your power animal. That is a different vibration, as are the Upper and Lower Worlds, which is part of all the levels available to all beings. As we said, it does not matter which path you chose, for you will chose the path that will help you open your heart to your soul. And it is time for us to say good-bye.
