The spiritual journey
is a unique path for each individual. There are no
right, better or wrong path. Be it dogma, as in the world
religions or
communing with nature, each soul chooses what they need
in this lifetime and will seek out the kind of people and
beliefs that can help them on their spiritual journey.
There are as many different needs for spiritual guidance
as there are people. Each culture is unique and so are their
belief-systems.
Don Miguel Ruiz and Jose Ruiz's Tthe Four Agreements"
and "The Fifth Agreement" are powerful steps along
the way to more awareness.
Gregg Braden has several books, my favourite is "The
Lost Mode of Prayer"
I also highly recommend Wayne Dyer's "Power of Intention"
and "Inspiration" and "Excuses Begone"
Another interesting source if you are interested in the
Philosophy of Alchemy, are Funcanelli's "Le Mystere
des Cathedrales"< (translated by Mary Sworder) and
"The Dwellings of the Philosophers"
A complete list would take pages, but any of the above
will help you geteither started or continue on your path.
Many of these sources have come to my attention in the
last few years. The following were early inspirations:
Louise Hay's "Heal Your Life", , Shakti Gawain's
"Living in the Light" ,The Bible, Jane Roberts, The Koran,
Confusionism, Gnosticism, Tao Te Ching, Various Buddhist
writings.
"Be here Now" by Baba Ram Das, Most writings
by Alan Watts, philosophers such as Goethe, Plato, Socrates
and, Aristotle.
